The phone number required to call into the conference is 028 71 140 140. There is no surcharge for this number. It is included in the plans for fixed and mobile operators.
Overseas :
SoConference is accessible from 37 countries with local numbers with no surcharge. These numbers are often included in the plans of fixed and mobile operators.

SoConference is a free conference call service. Offering the service for free allows us to promote it more easily.
In the coming months, options such as videoconferencing will become available with subscription.
Our basic conference call service, however, will remain usable with no subscription.
Each conference call can accomodate up to 100 participants. If you plan to have more than 100 participants, simply notify us in advance.
There is no time limit for conference calls, so it may last as long as you wish.
You may organize as many conference calls as you like.

Yes. Each time that a conference call is scheduled, SoConference sends each participant a personalized 8-digit access code. These codes will never be redistributed to other.

It’s very simple:
If you change the time of the conference, you must personally communicate the time change to your participants.
To invite extra participants, go into your secure online space by clicking the link provided by email. Click on the icon at the top right of the screen, then enter the emails of the new participants you wish to invite. SoConference will immediately send them an email with the information needed to join the conference.
Yes, your codes can be reused as many times as you wish. They cannot, however, be transferred to any other SoConference user.
Note that if you do not use your online agenda to schedule a conference call you will have to invite participants yourself, as SoConference will not be able to do so.
Hence we recommend that you use your online scheduler each time you set up a conference call.
SoConference is compatible with Outlook, Gmail Calendar, Apple iCal, iPhone iCal, Android Calendar and Lotus Notes.
If you use another online agenda, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to make our services functional with it.

It’s very simple:
To cancel a conference call that was reserved by email, you yourself must inform all participants of the cancellation.
If you change the conference schedule, you personally must communicate the new schedule to your participants.

Click on the icon "Add a participant" at the top right of the screen, then enter the emails of the new participants you wish to invite. SoConference will immediately send them an email with the information needed to join the conference.

Yes, you may choose the phone number from anyof those provided by SoConference. Access codes will work with any of these numbers.
If you have a headset with a microphone and a high-speed internet connection, you can join the conference directly from your computer.
In the email that you received from SoConference under Direct Access, click on “From Your Computer”
Note: to join the conference from your computer, you will need to select Firefox or Chrome as your browser. The service will not function with Internet Explorer.
To access our online interface, simply click the link sent to you by e-mail.
Each link is individualized and secure, allowing us to authenticate users without passwords or access codes.

The organizer has the ability to share documents in real-time with other conference participants.
You may share documents in the following formats:

- Open Documents : odt, ods, odp
- Plain text: txt, rtf, csv
- Images: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, tif
- PDF: pdf
The organizer can also point to or highlight sections of the document.
The conference organizer will receive statistics for the conference by email
If the organizer opts to record the conference, he or she will also receive by email a link through which the recording can be downloaded
The link to the recording of your conference is valid for 6 months
For each meeting that you organize with SoConference, the code that the organizer receives as well as the codes that we send to each participant are valid as often and for as long as you wish.
Links and documents shared by the organizer and the participants will also remain valid.
However, for increased security, SoConference recommends booking a new conference room for each conference call, especially if the participants change.
